ABOUT JADE EVELYN

Jade accepts briefs in all areas of family law.  She has experience across a variety of family law issues, including complex financial and parenting disputes.  

Jade was called to the Bar in 2023 and prior to being called to the bar, she was admitted as a solicitor in 2017 and practiced primarily in family law.

Jade is regularly briefed to appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Divisions 1 and 2) in trials, interlocutory hearings and Court-based dispute resolution.  She also receives briefs to appear at private mediation.  

Jade has a special interest in matters that involve:

  1. Financial proceedings that involve corporate structures, valuation, tax and superannuation and spousal maintenance.  
  2. International relocation;
  3. Issues with respect to parentage;
  4. Cultural issues which are central to the issues in dispute.
